Meditation Drop-ins & Courses

Guided Group Meditations

We offer weekly group guided meditation sessions that are open to drop-in (single session) enrollment. These are approximately 40-minute sessions, involving opening and closing check-in, breathwork, and a 20-minute guided meditation. Themes of guided meditations will vary from week to week, with a focus on increasing a sense of centeredness, grounding, and nurturing.
All levels of experience welcome!

See below for the monthly schedule of guided meditation offerings:

  • First Wednesdays 12pm & 7pm EST

In this guided Loving-Kindness Meditation, you’ll be gently led through phrases and visualizations designed to awaken compassion and deepen your sense of connection. Sometimes called Metta, this practice is rooted in the simple yet transformative act of sending goodwill to yourself and others. By opening the heart in this way, we can create more space for ease, empathy, and coherence in daily life.

  • Second Wednesdays 12pm & 7pm EST

In this practice, you’ll be guided through a slow, mindful scan of the body, inviting awareness to each area from head to toe. The body scan supports deep relaxation, release of tension, and fosters a sense of grounded presence, offering an accessible path to reconnection with yourself.

  • Third Wednesdays 12pm & 7pm EST

Drawing inspiration from Thích Nhất Hạnh’s Pebble Meditation, this guided practice uses imagery from nature to cultivate qualities of calm, stability, and spaciousness. You will be invited to connect with grounding elements of the natural world, supporting both inner balance and a deeper sense of presence.

  • Fourth Wednesdays 12pm & 7pm EST

This practice invites you to connect with inner resources — qualities, memories, or images that provide steadiness and support. Through guided visualization and intention-setting, you’ll cultivate clarity, fortitude, inspiration, and a meaningful anchor to carry into the week ahead.

  • 1st & 3rd Fridays 7 pm EST

In this guided Liberatory Embodied Resistance Meditation, we will cultivate a communal space to connect with ancestral lineages of strength and root into practices of collective care. Through rhythm, breath, silence, and radical imagination, we’ll reflect on what we are experiencing in our local neighborhoods, broader communities, and around the world, including the struggles and pressures that wear on our bodies and spirits. Together we will nurture visions of liberatory futures. This practice reminds us that tending to our spirits in community is itself a radical act of resistance and hope. One that sustains us as we move together through difficulty and toward possibility.
