Our Personal Growth Sessions are rooted in humanistic and psychodynamic principles, integrating reflective dialogue, music therapy, mindfulness, and holistic wellness techniques. These sessions offer space for deep reflection and exploration, supporting engagement in relationship to self and others, processing life experiences, exploring personal, cultural and spiritual identity and integration, fostering creativity and potential, and discovering a sense of purpose.   • Gabriela is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Music Therapist with over 17 years of experience. While her background is rooted in working with children and adults navigating chronic illness, trauma, and the complexities of medical health care, Gabriela supports individuals from all walks of life. Grounded in a feminist Latina perspective, she honors diverse narratives and testimonios as pathways to healing and wholeness for the body, mind, and spirit. Her work is centered in cultural-relational and psychodynamic processes, integrating tools such as indigenous, spiritual, and mindfulness practices. Combining reflective dialogue with vibrational, musical, and creative elements, Gabriela fosters a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs and goals. As a dedicated advocate for equity and justice, she seeks to create spaces that empower, inspire, and transform.

  • Jesse is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Board Certified Music Therapist, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with over a decade of experience in mental health care with children to adults. Jesse’s practice is deeply rooted in person-centered, relational and psychodynamic processes, integrating embodied creative healing approaches to support wellbeing of the self as a whole. Jesse additionally weaves together mindfulness and meditation practices, and tools informed by Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide a range of avenues to collaboratively meet you and your aspirations for therapeutic work. Through telehealth, Jesse’s practice is often centered in reflective dialogue, with creative and expressive elements woven to deepen the therapeutic process. His approach to practice is always trauma-informed and culturally-reflexive, navigating with openness to your lived experience. Most importantly, each session is a shared exploration, tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

Rates

We recognize that financial stability exists on a spectrum and is shaped by systemic oppression, generational wealth, and access to resources. Our sliding scale allows you to self-determine the rate that aligns with your financial reality—no proof or justification is required.

  • 1. Supported Rate ($77 per session)

    For those with limited financial flexibility who may be navigating systemic barriers, debt, or other financial constraints.

    2. Standard Rate ($115 per session)

    For those with moderate financial stability, who can afford services without significant hardship.

    3. Sustainer Rate ($155 per session)

    For those with financial security, stable income, and/or access to generational wealth. Paying at this rate allows us to offer services at supported rates for individuals in need.

    • 60–75 minute session: $55

    • Group sizes are small to ensure a supportive environment
